Minerals and Vitamin Supplements are not medicine. They fulfill our daily nutritional needs which we are unable to fulfill from our food habits. Supplements help us in preventing illness, but exercising and eating are most important.
Myth 2: Supplements can make up for your diet flaws.
Fact: You still need a proper nutritional diet.
